Welcome to Surrey Minimoto Club, the home of mid life crisis!

Formed in November 2004 SMMC is for action junkies who want a bit of fun whilst remembering that we all have real lives to live and have to be in one piece to live them. At SMMC whilst fun is the name of the game, Safety is the rule of the club.

HISTORY

The surrey minimoto club has now been running for 4 years with great success with over 400 members ranging from 7 - 60 yrs old, We have grown enough to now hold the Surrey Minimoto championships for cags starting March which we are very proud of considering this all started in a small car park in Morden.

TRAQ- The home of SMMC

Glenn ( AKA The Boss) founder member after searching for a suitable track ,wondered in for a chat with Terry , top man at Traq, the local activity park for karting + quad biking. After a lot of talking about safety and the rules @ Traq, Terry agreed to give surrey minimoto club a go by renting out the tarmac race track on a Wednesday night.

An ideal venue for us the facilities are great, refreshments are available , it's well lit and there's plenty of room. More importantly Terry ensures it is well staffed. All the staff are helpful and can be regularly seen getting their hands dirty helping us not mechanically minded fellas fixing any problems

As is the case with all his activities at Traq, safety is the highest priority, Terry and his team with scrutinise every minimoto before it will be allowed to use the track and are always monitoring the track in case of emergencies.

All members of surrey minimoto club realize their importance of behaving properly + respecting the rules laid down by Terry and his team. Any members found not to be doing so will have membership fee returned and his or her membership will be cancelled .
